Ciara x Paper Magazine – Fall 2013

My hair crush for Ciara lives on thanks to this new Paper Mag cover. Ciara decided to take it back to black with her new do as of late. On the cover her hair is styled to perfection in soft retro curls by her go-to Hair Stylist Cesar Ramirez. Posing effortlessly, Ciara rocks a top by Christian Siriano, a custom fishnet top by Natalie Joos, shorts by Marc Jacobs and shoes by Christian Louboutin – all styled by Natalie Joos. In the article Ciara dishes on her music, new album, journey and current relationship. See more of the sultry spread below.

Nasty Gal introduced their very own shoe line on Monday and they did not disappoint. Being one of the most popular online retailers today, it was only time this happened. With a very dedicated set of twenty something followers, this was clearly shoe heaven to say the least. Known for their ever so stylish and affordable shoes, Nasty Gal cooked up a ‘Shoe Cult‘ of affordable replicas of fashion’s favourite it shoes.

One of the most popular shoes amongst the fashion crowd right now is Isabel Marant’s Carol Studded Leather Sandal. Thanks to Nasty Gal us budget savvy gals can now rock the trend at a much more affordable price. Rihanna x River Island Take Two

Rihanna recently unveiled her second collection for River Island for autumn/winter 2013. The collection will arrive first in September, then again in November. You can expect the collection to carry the same urban sporty feel, much as her debut offering.

Much like the first collection, what’s so great is that you can definitely see Rihanna wearing every single piece – and she does. They’re very few celebrity clothing collabs where you can actually see them wearing the pieces. Some may say the collection is a bit risqué, but it wouldn’t be Rihanna if it weren’t right! Much like Rihanna’s own personal style, the collection is very much ‘sexy tomboy’. As with the first collection, there are alot of pieces you can mix and match and easily slip into your wardrobe.

“The way I approach winter style is to layer up summer clothes and Rihanna does the same….. But there are coats and sweatshirts – those pieces were key. It’s a little more refined.” –Adam Selman

The collection offers sporty lingerie, floor-length mesh dresses,  body-con minis, crop tops, oversized jumpers, hot pants, bomber jackets, slouchy knee-length shorts, baseball tops.

Accessories and shoes include strappy sandals, towering heeled boots, rucksacks and ‘Riri’ slogganed beanies.
